Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items (if applicable)
• Items showing signs of use

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
